Guangdong Haoqiang Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 by a veteran mold engineer in Dongguan, Guangdong — the heartland of China's mold manufacturing industry.

What started as a small workshop has grown into a 6,000m² smart manufacturing facility with 120+ team members and 15+ senior engineers. We specialize in precision injection molds for automotive, medical, home appliance, and electronics industries.

In 2015, we made a bold bet: full-scale intelligent manufacturing. Results:

• Same monthly output (¥10M): 500 workers → 200 workers
• Equipment utilization: 8-9 hours/day → 22-24 hours/day
• Quality pass rate: 78-82% → 96-98%
• 15+ patents including core invention patent CN107538091A

The founder didn't start in a boardroom. He started at a drafting table.

In 1996, learning mold design the old way — by hand. By 2001, mastering Pro/E and UG 3D design. In 2015, he rebuilt Haoqiang with full intelligent manufacturing.
